Our Brett Vale Farming Company was once again involved with the 'Tractors in Schools' initiative last week. Organised in Suffolk by the Suffolk Agricultural Association, schools across the county welcomed local farmers with their tractors to give talks to the children on what it's like to be a farmer. The pupils could get a close up look at the tractors in a safe environment.
Our Brett Vale tractors fitted in three visits to primary schools in the local area: Elmsett, Beaumont and Bildeston.
Our drivers really enjoyed visiting the schools and fielded lots of questions from the enthusiastic pupils.
Hopefully, there will be some farmers of the future in those groups.
